Busser Job description

We are seeking an energetic and hospitality-minded Lunch Busser to join our team at The Mission Gilbert, a new upscale dining destination dedicated to attention to detail and memorable guest experiences.

Position Overview:

As a busser, you’ll support the FOH team in creating a seamless and elevated dining experience. In addition to standard bussing duties, this role includes preparing and serving our signature tableside guacamole, a guest favorite and one of the highlights of our restaurant. Our tableside guacamole is a big draw for our guests, and we take pride in the showmanship and hospitality that comes with preparing it right in front of them.

Responsibilities:

• Clear and reset tables quickly and efficiently
• Refill water glasses and assist servers as needed
• Maintain cleanliness of the dining room and service stations
• Assist with running food and drinks when needed
• Prepare and serve tableside guacamole with confidence and hospitality
• Provide attentive, friendly, and professional guest interactions

Qualifications:

• Prior restaurant experience preferred, but not required
• Strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable interacting with guests and presenting food at the table
• Team player with a positive attitude
• Lunch availability is required
